This wed site it's try to
help people know more about how to eat; what kind of food you
suppose to eat.
Every day, there's to many vitamins you should take, to stay a
live (certainly if you not eat or not take some of him you not going
to die the same day). Those vitamins could be fine on food or now a day,
on pills; but, pills are more synthetic than natural.
